Job summary

Clintar is seeking a Landscaping & Snow Supervisor to lead field crews during the summer maintenance season and winter snow operations. You will ensure crews are properly staffed, equipped, scheduled, and productive while upholding Clintar's standards for safety, quality, customer service, and efficiency.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and practical experience operating and supervising landscaping and snow-removal equipment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in commercial landscape/snow experience.
• University/college degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, interpret instructions, and perform calculations.
• Reliable and able to work nights or weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew leaders and members, managing hiring, training, and daily operations.
• Assign equipment and conduct training in horticulture, customer relations, and safety.
• Maintain facility organization and set work procedures for efficient workflow.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and manage timesheets.
• Plan and conduct ongoing crew training and prioritize customer satisfaction.
• Promote teamwork and evaluate staff performance.
• Occasionally contribute hands-on during tight deadlines.
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager.
