Job summary

Clintar is seeking an Area Supervisor to coordinate and oversee operations in the assigned territory, ensuring high-quality, safe, and timely service. You will lead daily operations, train staff, plan schedules, monitor productivity, and support achievement of goals.

The role requires prior supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license with a clean record, along with strong ability to plan, budget, and communicate with clients and management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, enhancement, snow and ice management, or related outdoor services.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience, including training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management of field staff.
• This role requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day field operations year-round.
• Help prepare, assist and monitor budgets for maintenance, construction, and snow.
• Direct all daily activities of supervisors, landscape maintenance crews and all winter staff.
• Assist with estimating and planning for manpower and equipment needs.
