A leading landscape management company in Winnipeg is seeking a Land Crew Leader to manage teams on commercial and residential sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and supervise effectively. Responsibilities include directing team activities, performing lawn care duties, and ensuring equipment is maintained. Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in landscape or construction.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds consistently.
• Experience in snow removal preferred.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds consistently.
• Experience near heavy machinery and outdoor conditions, with flexibility for varied hours including weekends.
• Good customer service skills and strong communication.
• Proficient with hand and power tools, and small engine equipment.
• Capable of independent work and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of landscape technicians.
• Assign tasks and ensure quality standards.
• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing and trimming.
• Support foreman in construction, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Manage daily tuck loading/unloading.
• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing.
• Aid in landscaping by moving soil, mulch, and plants.
• Operate equipment like mowers, trimmers, blowers, and snow blowers.
• Ensure that all necessary equipment and tools are in good working condition.
