Job summary

Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services is hiring a Land Crew Leader to oversee commercial and residential landscape sites across seasons. You will manage a team of technicians, assign tasks, and ensure work aligns with company standards.

The role requires supervision experience, strong communication, and ability to work outdoors in varied hours, including weekends. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year experience in landscape/construction.
• Capable of supervising 2-3 individuals and coordinating truck/trailer operations.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and small engine equipment.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of landscape technicians and seasonal workers.
• Assign tasks and ensure work meets quality standards.
• Communicate with customers courteously and address questions promptly.
• Support foreman with construction tasks, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Manage daily loading/unloading and perform lawn care duties.
