Job summary

The University of Alberta on North Campus in Edmonton is seeking a dedicated groundskeeper to maintain and beautify the university's outdoor spaces. This in-person role focuses on hard and soft landscaped areas and requires initiative.

Location

This role is in-person. Work primarily takes place at North Campus, Edmonton.

The incumbent's primary goal is to provide a sage, aesthetically pleasing landscaped campus environment for the University community, which includes but isn't limited to (students, staff and visitors to Campus) within the general frame of work of Division policies and procedures

The incumbent acts as a contact between students, staff, visitors, and is responsible for the general upkeep of both hard and soft landscaped areas

Because of the nature of the position the incumbent has to be a self-starter and take initiative of projects on their own accord
