Job summary

Landform Inc. is seeking a Landscape Maintenance worker in the Calgary region. This seasonal, full-time role offers 40–72 hours per week with weather-dependent schedules and a Spring 2027 start.

Wages CAD 22.50–24 per hour, depending on skills, with overtime per policy. Employer provides transportation to worksites. Responsibilities include lawn and garden care, applying fertilizers and pesticides, weed control, planting, mulching, and operating mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools in

• Language: Basic English.

• Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Gloves.

Responsibilities

• Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens.
• Apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides and other lawn care products.
• Apply treatments such as pruning, spraying, and injecting with solutions.
• Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens.
• Plant and move trees.
• May perform snow removal duties as needed during snowstorms and other weather events.

• $22.50-$24/hour (based on skills and experience, Salary increase as per company policy)

Duties

• Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens,
• Apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides and other lawn care products,
• Apply various treatments such as pruning, spraying, repairing damaged areas and injecting with treatment solutions,
• Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens,
• Plant and move trees,
• May perform snow removal duties as needed during snowstorms and other weather events
• Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants,
• Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Remove litter and garbage
• Cut grass
• Cart and spread topsoil and other materials by hand or wheelbarrow
• Rake and collect refuse,
• Lay sod/seed/mulch
• Install mulch and other decorative rock
• Safely and effectively use push mowers, trimmers, blowers, and ride-on mowers
• Assist with hand leveling/grading loam (shoveling/raking)
• Understand and follow the Landform Safety Program
• Be equipped and able to work in all weather conditions
