Job summary

Isidore Landscapes Inc. has been designing, installing, and maintaining landscapes in the Lower Mainland since 1994. We’ve built strong working relationships with construction companies, home builders, and landscape architects.

As a Customer Service Representative in our Maintenance Division, you’ll be the main contact for clients—managing inquiries, providing quotes, coordinating with crews, and ensuring high-quality service. Join us to grow with our team and support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Basic horticultural knowledge (1 year minimum).
• Landscape maintenance experience (3 years preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physically capable of lifting 40–60 lbs regularly.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and travel to job sites as needed.
• Valid BC Driver's License.
• Working knowledge of machinery operations.
• Understanding and experience with WorkSafe standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service by responding to inquiries and guiding clients through landscaping services.
• Prepare clear pricing estimates and quotes for landscaping and maintenance projects.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections as needed.
• Meet with clients to understand needs and explain available services.
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams for timely project delivery.
• Act as main contact between clients and maintenance crews and share project details.
• Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction and explore future opportunities.
• Provide honest feedback to management and team leads.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Support and supervise maintenance crews to meet quality standards.
• Perform hands-on landscape maintenance tasks as needed (mulching, pruning, weed control, lawn care).
