• Excellent communication with team members.
• Previous experience in small engine repair/maintenance a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general landscaping maintenance duties including lawn care, pruning, leaf cleanup, mulch installation, chemical application, weeding, and more.
• Supervise and lead a team of landscapers; ensure efficient project execution.
• Coordinate communication with team members and residents.
• Utilise team software for time tracking and scheduling.
• Maintain high workmanship standards with attention to detail.
• Follow and advise on standard operating procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized commercial sites and workshops.
• Provide weekly progress reports to the leadership team.
• Operate a truck and trailer to job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
