You will oversee crew performance, maintain equipment, and uphold exceptional client service, working in a full‑time, in‑person role. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in landscape maintenance in a supervisory capacity, a valid BC driver’s license, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in landscape maintenance with a supervisory role.
• Valid BC driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques.
• Certifications such as pesticide applicator license are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the landscape maintenance crew and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor quality and implement improvements.
• Maintain and manage landscaping equipment and tools; perform repairs as needed.
• Mentor team members with training and development to boost performance.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including time sheets and reports.
