Peel Region’s Public Works, Waste Management is seeking a Labourer for an 8-month contract, onsite at the Peel Curing Facility in Caledon. The position offers 40 hours/week, 7:30 am-4:30 pm, with a pay range of $28.96–$30.36 per hour.
You will operate equipment, direct operations at recycling centres, load/unload materials, perform winter maintenance, and provide customer service while upholding safety and a positive Region image.

Public Notice: Waste Collection Services Transition
Effective October 1, 2027, Peel Region’s Waste Collection Services will transfer to Brampton, Caledon, and Mississauga. Each municipality will take over service delivery on that date, with no interruption expected. Peel Region will continue supporting a smooth transition for residents. Peel Region will continue to manage Community Recycling Centres (CRC) along with transfer, processing, and disposal services.
