Under the supervision of the Lead Hand & Facility Manager, the Labourer/Driver must demonstrate strong listening skills, adhere to safety protocols when working with hazardous materials, and operate equipment ranging from small to large sizes. Candidates should possess physical fitness and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Labourers are responsible for managing waste safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Their duties include, but are not limited to, identifying and repackaging waste for transport in compliance with Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) regulations, consolidating waste as needed, loading and unloading trucks, pick ups and drop offs, and engaging in physically demanding tasks.
