Job summary

KBL Environmental Ltd. in Whitehorse, Yukon, is seeking a Labourer to support operators and supervisors on demolition, remediation and reclamation projects.

You will help clean sites, move materials, operate light equipment, and perform routine maintenance while following all safety protocols. The role requires 1–2 years’ related experience, a valid Class 5 license, and the ability to work day or night shifts up to 12 hours in varied weather across Western Canada.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting 55lbs, confined spaces, heights, extended standing).
• Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting and teamwork skills.
• Must have exceptional verbal communication skills, able to give and receive verbal information and direction in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to work locations across Western Canada and work day & night shifts up to 12 hours.

We are currently looking for Labourer located in the Whitehorse, YT. Labourers are responsible for supporting operators and supervisors to work safely and efficiently by cleaning the site, moving materials, and performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment. Labourers may be responsible for the safe operation of equipment, including rock trucks and packers. Projects may include demolition, remediation, and reclamation projects
