Interpro Pipe & Steel Inc. in Camrose is seeking hands-on production workers to join our steel pipe manufacturing team. You will operate equipment on 12-hour shifts, perform general labour duties, and help ensure quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; no experience needed or considered an asset.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Mechanically inclined with ability to follow instructions.

• Use hand and power tools, gas torches, and measuring devices.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety rules and procedures
• Operate equipment to manufacture steel pipe
• Use various hand and power tools, gas torches, and measuring devices
• General labour duties
• Visually inspect products produced at the station
• Cleaning of the work area
• Computer data entry

Requirements

• High School Diploma No experience is necessary, but previous work experience in a manufacturing and/or production environment will be considered an asset
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, sitting, climbing, crawling, kneeling, bending, moderate to heavy lifting, and pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Mechanically inclined, with the ability to follow instructions
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts and shift work for various production requirements
• Commitment to safety rules, wearing full protective personal equipment
• Reliable transportation, work location is outside of public transit
