Job summary

University of Toronto is seeking an LR Projects Specialist to provide project, reporting, and administrative support to the Labour Relations team at the St. George campus in Toronto.

The role focuses on central reporting requirements, data analysis, and process improvements across multiple bargaining units. The incumbent collaborates with HR offices, coordinates LR projects, and contributes to implementing new case management and reporting software.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Completion of/or working toward CHRP designation or related designation preferred.
• Some experience in Labour Relations is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide a broad range of project, reporting and administrative support to the Labour Relations team.
• Serve as primary point of contact for divisional HR offices on central reporting requirements and initiatives.
• Coordinate and advance projects within the Labour Relations portfolio, including data analytics and implementation of LR case management and reporting software.
• Develop and maintain relationships with union representatives and update collective agreements.
