March of Dimes Canada is seeking a Labour Relations Coordinator to provide administrative support for labour relations, onboarding/offboarding, HR documentation, and SharePoint updates. Reporting to the Senior Manager, People & Culture the Labour Relations Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support for labour relations functions, including maintaining grievance and arbitration records, ensuring accurate documentation of collective agreements and providing guidance on policies. The role also supports day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR documentation, preparing employee letters, reporting, internal communications, and departmental administration. The Coordinator also assists with HR systems, SharePoint updates, workplace investigations, projects, meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives to support efficient and consistent People & Culture operations across the organization.
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office.
