Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. seeks a dedicated lab professional for 2nd shift, contributing to accurate test processing and problem resolution. You will follow LIS SOPs, ensure data integrity, and uphold safety.

This role requires lab experience and the ability to work with PHI under strict confidentiality. The position emphasizes quality control, compliance, and teamwork in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in lab science or medical lab tech from an accredited program.
• Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or related science with 1 year MT training is a plus.
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex laboratory problems as part of the frontline team.
• Follow SOPs for ordering, crediting, noting out, and canceling tests in LIS.
• Identify need for corrective action and implement effective solutions.
• Work in a lab with biological hazards and PPE requirements.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.

Education

Associate’s degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology

Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or related science with 1 year training
