Job summary

TekWissen Group is hiring a bilingual L3 Datacenter Technician for an onsite 6‑month assignment in Porte‑A, St. Laurent, Québec. You will lead technical escalations, manage equipment installation/removal, and ensure inventory and backup media processes are efficient and compliant.

The role requires French language ability and a full 40‑hour work week in a fast‑paced environment with third‑party coordination responsibilities.

• Equipment installation

• Equipment support
• Third-party supplier quality control
• Backup media management Shipping, receiving and moving of equipment
• Visitor escorting
• Inventory management
• Act as the technical lead for the Client team Point of contact for technical escalation
• Take charge of complex problem
• Analyze scope for any new project and provide recommendations/guidance
