Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking an Associate for KYC Training & Competency to develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and onboarding content. You will facilitate virtual sessions for analysts and operational teams, drive competency assessments, and guide on onboarding, due diligence, and AML requirements.

The role requires 3-5+ years in KYC within Capital Markets and experience with Fen-E. Strong communication, ADDIE background, and familiarity with AI tools are valued assets.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years hands-on KYC file completion experience.
• Experience in Capital Markets KYC environments.
• Experience using Fen-E.
• ACAMS certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with ADDIE methodology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain KYC training materials, job aids, SOPs, reference guides, and onboarding content.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions for analysts and operational teams.
• Support competency assessments and ongoing learning initiatives.
• Provide guidance on KYC onboarding, customer due diligence, ownership structures, and AML requirements.
• Identify training gaps and create content to address knowledge deficiencies.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure training stays aligned with evolving regulatory and business requirements.
• Support platform and process transformation initiatives.
