Job summary

Altimetrik is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong KYC experience to collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance and technology teams to deliver KYC and client onboarding solutions. The role focuses on gathering requirements and shaping the processes, defining BRDs/FRDs and user stories, and supporting UAT and regulatory compliance.

You should have 9+ years in Banking/Financial Services and hands-on KYC/AML experience.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services.
• Hands-on experience in KYC / Client Onboarding / AML / CDD / EDD.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows, and UAT.
• Knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and regulatory processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with KYC platforms, client lifecycle management, or regulatory technology.
• Knowledge of SQL, data mapping, APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for KYC and client onboarding processes.
• Work closely with Compliance, AML, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Define BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Analyze and improve KYC/CDD/EDD processes and workflows.
• Support customer onboarding, periodic reviews, remediation, and KYC data management.
• Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
• Support UAT, defect analysis, and business validation.
• Ensure solutions align with regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
