Job summary

The Toronto-Dominion Bank in Toronto, Ontario, seeks a Senior Manager to lead technology enablement for the KYC program within Financial Crime Risk Management. You will define a future-state vision and deliver an integrated roadmap bridging policy, risk, operations, data and technology.

You will drive discovery, prioritization and end-to-end delivery with partners across Technology, Product, Data and Cybersecurity, shaping governance, adoption measures and benefits realization.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience leading complex technology enablement, business architecture, product, transformation or business analysis portfolios in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, financial crime risk management and data environments.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the KYC technology enablement vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead discovery and requirements gathering across KYC and translate needs into clear requirements.
• Maintain an integrated view of technology demand and prioritize based on regulatory commitments.
• Partner with Technology, Data, Architecture, Cybersecurity and operations through end-to-end delivery and governance.
