Job summary

The Toronto-Dominion Bank is seeking a Technology Delivery Lead to join the ATM Delivery team in London, Ontario. You will drive funded technology initiatives from intake through implementation, coordinating across business, product, architecture, and vendor partners.

Qualifications

Post-secondary degree in computer science.
5–7 years of progressive technology project management experience.
Strong planning, estimation, scheduling, risk and issue management.
Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365.
Ability to translate complex information into practical plans.

Responsibilities

Lead ATM and cash-management technology initiatives end-to-end.
Develop integrated delivery plans with milestones and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, product, architecture, infrastructure, security, testing, vendors.
Provide visibility into priorities, risks and progress at program level.
Adapt delivery approach to the initiative’s size, complexity and risk.
Identify risks early and propose mitigations with clear actions.
Manage scope and change with impact analysis and governance.
Coordinate testing, release planning and communications activities.
Manage vendor commitments and service expectations.
