Job summary

EY in Toronto is seeking a Technology Delivery Manager within Banking Technology to lead end-to-end core banking technology implementations for major financial institutions. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, architecture, testing, data and vendor partners to ensure on-time delivery, production readiness and risk management in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on delivery of technology programs for banks, including core banking
• Experience with agile delivery at scale, sprint planning and release governance
• Executive-ready communication and stakeholder management across senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of core banking technology workstreams, including risks and production readiness
• Drive delivery across lending, deposits, origination, servicing, payments and digital channels
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to meet committed deliverables and dates
• Identify and resolve blockers with clear options and decision paths
• Lead onshore/nearshore/offshore teams with accountability and transparency
