Job summary

TD is seeking a Senior Manager, KYC Technology Enablement in Toronto to lead the future-state vision and multi-year roadmap for KYC technology. You will bridge policy, risk, data, and technology to deliver an integrated delivery plan with clear requirements and acceptance criteria.

You will collaborate across governance, product, architecture, cybersecurity, and operations to ensure streamlined intake, prioritization, and value realization for enhanced risk coverage and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology enablement in financial services or regulated environments.
• Ability to translate regulatory and risk needs into clear requirements and roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior business and technology groups.

Responsibilities

• Define an end-to-end KYC technology enablement strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead discovery, gather requirements, and translate needs into user stories and specs.
• Coordinate with governance, risk, data, and technology partners for delivery.
• Prioritize portfolio based on regulatory commitments and impact on risk and operations.
• Communicate options, risks, and decisions to leadership with concise materials.
