Qualifications

• 1 to less than 2 years of experience in Korean or Japanese cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Cut, slice, fry, stir-fry vegetables and meat.
• Prepare and cook complete meals, dishes and food.
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• Maintain a clean work environment to prevent food contamination.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
• Maintain inventory and records of food supplies; order kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Manage kitchen operations and coordinate food orders.
