Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including specialty dishes on the menu
• Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff during food preparation, providing guidance on cooking techniques, garnishing, and food presentation
• Demonstrate new cooking techniques and proper use of equipment to kitchen staff
• Train team members in food preparation, cooking methods, and safe handling practices
• Plan and update menus while ensuring all dishes meet established quality standards
• Oversee the recruitment and hiring process for kitchen staff
• Coordinate the purchasing and maintenance of kitchen equipment
• Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
