Duties

  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
  • Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety protocols, and restaurant policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with health regulations.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when necessary.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in menu planning and development based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
