Job description

The Kitchen Helper performs various cleaning, maintenance, preparation, and stocking duties in the kitchen. This role supports the restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant by stepping in and completing duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Washes and dries all dishes, utensils, and cooking instruments as prescribed by the company's cleanliness standards
• Neatly stores all utensils, cooking instruments, and dishes in their respective places
• Assists in preparing meal ingredients and packing take-out orders as needed
• Cleans and sanitizes the kitchen area as required including the removal of garbage
• Supports other restaurant staff by assisting with other tasks as needed
• Performs other additional duties as assigned
