Job summary

Civeo Premium Services Employees LP is seeking a General Helper for the Cook Chill Food Production Center located at the Maplehurst facility. The role involves accurate meal tray assembly, adherence to food safety protocols, and documenting counts for shipment.

The position requires experience in food production, strong English communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. On-site work with PPE and safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial kitchen, food production, institutional food service, or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, WHMIS, food safety and health & safety standards.
• Physically capable of lifting 25 lbs, standing for full shifts, and working in cold environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; detail-oriented and organized.
• Willingness to obtain Advanced Food Safety Training within 90 days and pass screenings.
• Wage stated: $19.48 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Verify portioning and cleanliness of meal trays before sealing.
• Assemble meals according to official Diet Assembly Worksheets and Meal Order Summary Sheets.
• Maintain diet order accuracy to prevent cross-contamination and ensure proper cleaning.
• Use appropriate tools to ensure accurate portioning and proper waste disposal.
• Ensure workstations are set up ergonomically and stocked for production.
• Complete final meal counts and record meals for shipment.
