Job summary

Burnt Toast Cafe in Whitehorse, Yukon is seeking a Kitchen Helper to support the breakfast service. This permanent, full-time role offers 40 hours per week and requires early morning shifts at the cafe's Whitehorse location.

You will prepare breakfast items, assist with prep, portion take-out, stock and restock supplies, and maintain clean kitchen and dining areas while adhering to food safety procedures. Must have 1 year breakfast kitchen experience and be legally eligible to work in Canada;

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in breakfast cooking or a similar kitchen position.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Must be available for early morning shifts.
• Food Handler Certificate or willingness to obtain one with employer support.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
