Job summary

Cora Breakfast and Lunch is seeking a Kitchen helper to join our team in Leduc, AB. This permanent, full-time position offers day and weekend shifts and requires a self-disciplined individual with strong interpersonal skills. Compensation is $15.80 per hour for 35 hours per week. Training will be provided, and fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cabinets, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
• Handle and store cleaning products.
• Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash regularly.
• Sharpen kitchen knives.
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
• Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruits.

• The candidate must clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cabinets, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.

• The candidate will be responsible for receiving, unpacking and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.
• The candidate will be responsible for removing kitchen garbage and trash regularly.
• The candidate must sharpen kitchen knives.
• The candidate will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, washing and polishing floors.
• The candidate will be responsible for washing, peeling and cutting vegetables and fruits.
