• Operate dishwashers to clean dishes, glasses and cutlery.
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars with fresh items.
• Package take-out meals and handle wrap/portioning of foods.
• Prepare, heat and finish simple foods as needed.
• Stock supplies and manage inventory in kitchen storage areas.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain clean floors and work surfaces.

• The candidate must clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
• The candidate must clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
• The candidate must load buspans and trays.
• The candidate must be able to use dishwashers to clean dishes, glasses, and flatware.
• The candidate must place dishes in the storage area.
• The candidate must replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
• The candidate must sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
• The candidate must clean pots and pans.
• The candidate will be responsible for packaging take-out food.
• The candidate must portion and wrap foods.
• The candidate must prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
• The candidate will be responsible for stocking refrigerators and salad bars.
• The candidate must clean, peel, slice, and trim foods using both manual and electrical appliances.
