Responsibilities

• Sanitize and wash dishes by hand as needed.
• Package take-out food for customers.
• Portion and wrap foods for service.
• Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
• Serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars.
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen surfaces, cabinets, and equipment.
• Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash regularly.
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
