• Restock condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas.
• Wash and sanitize dishes and utensils by hand as needed.
• Clean pots and pans and maintain clean kitchen surfaces.
• Keep track of food quantities consumed and monitor stock levels.
• Portion and wrap foods for service or storage.
• Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen, work surfaces, cabinets, and equipment.
• Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas.
• Remove kitchen garbage and sweep/mop floors regularly.

• The candidate must be able to use dishwashers to clean dishes, glasses, and flatware.
• The candidate must place dishes in the storage area.
• The candidate must replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
• The candidate must sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
• The candidate must clean pots and pans.
• The candidate will be responsible for keeping track of the food quantities consumed.
• The candidate must portion and wrap foods.
• The candidate must prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
• The candidate must clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cabinets, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
• The candidate will be responsible for receiving, unpacking and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.
• The candidate will be responsible for removing kitchen garbage and trash regularly.
