A&W Restaurants in Victoria, BC is hiring for Kitchen Crew to support food prep and daily kitchen operations. This permanent full-time role offers evenings and weekends shifts, up to 40 hours per week, with on-the-job training and growth opportunities through our Steps to Success program.

• Energetic, reliable and hands-on individuals are encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare A&W menu items following food safety and quality standards.
• Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products efficiently.
• Assemble orders accurately, even during busy periods.
• Keep workstations stocked, organized, and running efficiently.
• Restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations.
• Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces, and utensils.
• Assist with dining room, restroom, and exterior cleanliness to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Work closely with cashiers, supervisors, and other team members.
• Communicate clearly during rush periods.
• Support a positive, respectful workplace.
