Job summary

One Therapy Network in Prince Rupert, BC is seeking a Kitchen Crew team member. This permanent role includes days, evenings and weekends, up to 40 hours per week, with on‑the‑job training through our Steps to Success program to grow into new responsibilities.

As part of the kitchen team you’ll prepare food, keep the kitchen running, and work with a supportive team. We offer wage progression, paid training, flexible schedules, discounts, and medical/dental benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Availability 15–40 hours per week.
• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environment preferred.
• Willing to learn and grow within the role.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Cooking: prepare A&W menu items following safety and quality standards.
• Kitchen Operations: keep workstations stocked and organized, restock ingredients.
• Cleanliness & Safety: follow hygiene and sanitation procedures and maintain equipment.
• Teamwork: collaborate with cashiers, supervisors and other team members during rush periods.

• New Hire: $18.50/hour
• Fully Trained: $18.75/hour
• Advanced: $19/hour
• Cross-Trained: $19.25/hour
• Shift Leader: $19.50/hour

Duties & Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Cooking

• Prepare A&W menu items following food safety and quality standards
• Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products efficiently
• Assemble orders accurately, even during busy periods

Kitchen Operations

• Keep workstations stocked, organized, and running efficiently
• Restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations
• Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team

Cleanliness & Safety

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces, and utensils
• Assist with dining room, restroom, and exterior cleanliness to maintain a positive guest experience

Teamwork

• Work closely with Cashiers, Supervisors, and other team members
• Communicate clearly during rush periods
• Support a positive, respectful workplace
