Job summary

One Therapy Network in Armstrong, BC is seeking a Kitchen Crew member to support food preparation and keep the kitchen running smoothly. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys busy environments and working with a team.

You’ll participate in cooking, food safety and station upkeep, with opportunities for wage growth through training and progression into leadership roles. Flexible schedules and on-the-job training are provided.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Cooking: prepare menu items and cook burgers, fries, etc.
• Kitchen Operations: keep workstations stocked and organized.
• Cleanliness & Safety: follow food safety procedures and sanitize surfaces.
• Teamwork: collaborate with cashiers, supervisors and team members.

• New Hire: $18.50/hour
• Fully Trained: $18.75/hour
• Advanced: $19/hour
• Cross-Trained: $19.25/hour
• Shift Leader: $19.50/hour

Duties & Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Cooking

• Prepare A&W menu items following food safety and quality standards
• Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products efficiently
• Assemble orders accurately, even during busy periods

Kitchen Operations

• Keep workstations stocked, organized, and running efficiently
• Restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations
• Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team

Cleanliness & Safety

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces, and utensils
• Assist with dining room, restroom, and exterior cleanliness to maintain a positive guest experience

Teamwork

• Work closely with Cashiers, Supervisors, and other team members
• Communicate clear during rush periods
• Support a positive, respectful workplace
