Job summary

QE Home in Winnipeg is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to welcome guests, guide them through our bedding and home décor collections, and help them find pieces that complete their space.

You will provide personalized service, stay updated on product features and promotions, assist with daily store operations, and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals. Open availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

• 1+ year of retail guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to every guest.
• Listen, ask questions, and offer thoughtful product recommendations.
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards.
• Assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing, restocking, and transactions.
• Stay up to date on product features, benefits, promotions.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales goals.
• Contribute to a safe and inclusive shopping environment.
• Stand for up to 8 hours; lift up to 50 lbs; stock and display merchandise.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Providingexceptional, personalized service to everyguestwho walks through the door.

• Buildingmeaningful connections by listening, asking questions, and offering thoughtful product recommendations.

• Maintainingmerchandising and visual standards to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.

• Assistingwith daily store operations, including opening and closing, restocking, and processing transactions.

• Stayingup to date on product features, benefits, and promotions.

• Collaboratingwith team members to meet sales goals and create a supportive team atmosphere.

• Contributingto a safe and inclusive shopping environment.

The Physical Side of the Role

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs. to fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.

• Comfortable climbingladders formerchandising and stock.
