Job summary

QE Home is seeking a Sales Associate to be the friendly face welcoming guests and guiding them through our collections to help them find pieces that make their home feel complete.

You will deliver personalized service, build connections, maintain merchandising standards, assist with daily store operations, and stay up to date on product features and promotions. We value teamwork, strong communication, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or guest service experience.
• A genuine passion for people, home décor, and helping others find what they love.
• Take personal responsibility for staying current on QE Home’s extensive range of products, ensuring you can confidently share accurate information and recommendations with every guest.
• A clean, professional, and fashion forward appearance that reflects the brand and adheres to the store’s dress code standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic retail environment.

What You’ll Be Working On

The Physical Side of the Role

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs. to fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.

• Comfortable climbingladders formerchandising and stock.
