Job summary

QE Home is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome guests, guide them through our collections, and help them find the perfect pieces to make their home feel complete.

You will provide personalized service, maintain store standards, and assist with daily operations, including opening/closing and transactions. Open availability and a passion for home décor are essential.

• 1+ year of retail guest service experience.
• Passion for people, home décor, and helping guests find what they love.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Be Working On

• Providingexceptional, personalized service to everyguestwho walks through the door.
• Buildingmeaningful connections by listening, asking questions, and offering thoughtful product recommendations.
• Maintainingmerchandising and visual standards to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
• Assistingwith daily store operations, including opening and closing, restocking, and processing transactions.
• Stayingup to date on product features, benefits, and promotions.
• Collaboratingwith team members to meet sales goals and create a supportive team atmosphere.
• Contributingto a safe and inclusive shopping environment.

The Physical Side of the Role

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs. to fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.
• Comfortable climbingladders formerchandising and stock.
