Job summary

QE Home is hiring a Sales Associate in Canada. You will welcome guests, guide them through our bedding and home décor collections, and help them find the perfect pieces to complete their living space.

We value guest-focused service, strong communication, and a collaborative team attitude. Open availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail guest service experience.
• A genuine passion for people, home décor, and helping others find what they love.
• Take personal responsibility for staying current on QE Home's extensive range of products, ensuring you can confidently share accurate information and recommendations with every guest.
• A clean, professional, and fashion-forward appearance that reflects the brand and adheres to the store's dress code standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to every guest who walks through the door.
• Build meaningful connections by listening, asking questions, and offering thoughtful product recommendations.
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
• Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing, restocking, and processing transactions.

What You'll Be Working On

• Providingexceptional, personalized service to everyguestwho walks through the door.

The Physical Side of the Role

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs. to fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.
• Comfortable climbingladders formerchandising and stock.
