Nova Cannabis Inc. is seeking a Part-time Keyholder at Value Buds Kitsilano in Vancouver, BC to help run daily store operations.

You will greet customers, educate on cannabis products, support promotions, manage POS transactions, and ensure compliance with OH&S and BC cannabis regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail and/or hospitality experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Selling It Right certification.
  • Criminal Record Check required.
  • Must be 19 years of age or older.
  • Must have reliable transportation to commute to/from work.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers upon entrance; engage in conversation and build relationships to understand needs.
  • Educate customers about cannabis products, strains and consumption methods.
  • Promote store culture and brand through merchandising and promotions.
  • Handle POS transactions and adhere to cash handling/Loss Prevention procedures.
  • Monitor inventory and restock products as needed.
  • Comply with OH&S policies and provincial regulations.
