Job summary

Sundial is seeking a knowledgeable Keyholder for its Nova Cannabis Value Buds location at Appleby Crossing, Burlington, ON. You’ll greet customers, educate them on cannabis products and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.

You’ll support store managers, handle transactions, and stay current on industry regulations while delivering a tailored customer experience. Must pass background checks and hold CannSell credentials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service and retail/hospitality environments.
• Experience with cannabis, liquor, or healthcare preferred.
• Valid CannSell and Qualified Cannabis Worker certifications required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Cannsell certification.
• Valid Qualified Cannabis Worker certification.
• Must complete and pass a Criminal Record Check.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build relationships to assess needs.
• Educate customers about cannabis products, strains and consumption methods.
• Assist with merchandising, promotions and store cleanliness.
• Handle transactions on the POS and follow cash/Loss Prevention procedures.
• Monitor inventory and cooperate with store team to drive sales.
• Comply with OH&S policies and industry regulations.
