Job summary

Responsibilities include providing outstanding service, operating the Lightspeed POS, and maintaining store standards, inventory and compliance across locations. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and customer service skills are required.
• Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Eagerness to learn about cannabis products.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by understanding needs and recommending products.

• Manage transactions, voids, discounts and promotions on the POS.
• Handle opening and closing procedures of the store.
• Maintain inventory counts and stock levels.

Essential Functions

• Being a kind and decent human being, be your authentic self, promote a safe and inclusive environment
• Provide outstanding customer service by building baskets based on customers needs and recommendations
• Working together as a team, contributing to our FOUR20 culture and ensuring a safe space for all customers and employees
• Manage POS systems for transactions: sales, voids, discounts and promotions (Lightspeed POS)
• Responsible for open and close procedures of the store
• Be problem solvers: flexible with unforeseen situations and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Curious mindset; continuous learning of Cannabis products, strains, categories and accessories
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and reporting
• Adhering to all regulatory guidelines, company policies and procedures
• Comfortable working independently
• Merchandising and stocking, keeping product levels maintained
• Leverage our best in class in-house cannabis and sales education program.

• Time Management Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be physically able to pull, push and carry up to 25 lbs
