Job summary

FOUR20 Premium Market is seeking team members passionate about cannabis culture. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, advise on products, and operate the Lightspeed POS system.

This role supports a safe, inclusive store environment and requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ideal candidates have retail and customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn about cannabis products and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be of legal age and hold a Cannabis license in the province.
• Retail and customer service experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
• Time management and ability to multitask in a busy store.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to stand long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assessing needs and offering recommendations.
• Work as a team to support FOUR20 culture and safety.
• Manage transactions, voids, discounts and promotions in Lightspeed.
• Handle opening and closing procedures of the store.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and report as required.
• Continuously learn about cannabis products, strains and accessories.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Essential Functions

• Being a kind and decent human being, be your authentic self, promote a safe and inclusive environment
• Provide outstanding customer service by building baskets based on customers needs and recommendations
• Working together as a team, contributing to our FOUR20 culture and ensuring a safe space for all customers and employees
• Manage POS systems for transactions: sales, voids, discounts and promotions (Lightspeed POS)
• Responsible for open and close procedures of the store
• Be problem solvers: flexible with unforeseen situations and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Curious mindset; continuous learning of Cannabis products, strains, categories and accessories
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and reporting
• Adhering to all regulatory guidelines, company policies and procedures
• Comfortable working independently
• Merchandising and stocking, keeping product levels maintained
• Leverage our best in class in-house cannabis and sales education program.
