Job summary

FOUR20 Premium Market is seeking enthusiastic team members in Ontario to deliver excellent in-store experiences and education on cannabis products. You will help customers with product recommendations, operate the Lightspeed POS, and ensure compliance with store policies.

Ideal candidates have retail and customer service experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand for long periods while assisting customers across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by building baskets based on customers needs and recommendations

Essential Functions

• Provide outstanding customer service by building baskets based on customers needs and recommendations

• Manage POS systems for transactions: sales, voids, discounts and promotions (Lightspeed POS)
• Responsible for open and close procedures of the store
• Be problem solvers: flexible with unforeseen situations and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Curious mindset; continuous learning of Cannabis products, strains, categories and accessories
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and reporting
• Adhering to all regulatory guidelines, company policies and procedures
• Comfortable working independently
