Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience required.
• Must be of legal age and hold a Cannabis qualification license in the province.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs and making recommendations.
• Manage POS transactions, receipts, voids, discounts and promotions on Lightspeed POS.
• Contribute to Four20 culture and maintain a safe space for customers and staff.
• Carry out open and close procedures of the store.
• Maintain accurate inventory and product levels.
• Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Essential Functions

• Being a kind and decent human being, be your authentic self, promote a safe and inclusive environment
• Provide outstanding customer service by building baskets based on customers needs and recommendations
• Working together as a team, contributing to our FOUR20 culture and ensuring a safe space for all customers and employees
• Manage POS systems for transactions: sales, voids, discounts and promotions (Lightspeed POS)
• Responsible for open and close procedures of the store
• Be problem solvers: flexible with unforeseen situations and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Curious mindset; continuous learning of Cannabis products, strains, categories and accessories
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and reporting
• Adhering to all regulatory guidelines, company policies and procedures
• Comfortable working independently
• Merchandising and stocking, keeping product levels maintained
• Leverage our best in class in-house cannabis and sales education program.

• Time Management Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be physically able to pull, push and carry up to 25 lbs
