Position: Key Customer Account Manager

Location: Brantford, ON

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year + Benefits and other Rewards

Industry: Account Management / Automotive Manufacturing / Engineering

Employment Term: Full Time / Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key member of the Sales Department.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and customer accounts.
  • Provide accurate and efficient information to customers.
  • Resolve emerging issues faced by customer accounts.
  • Serve as the direct interface with prospective customers as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Post Secondary Education
  • 3-5 years related Account Management / Sales experience within the automotive manufacturing sector
  • Fully Bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English
  • Experience with sales reporting, management reporting, and variance analysis
  • Excellent organization, customer service, and time management skills
