Key Account Supervisor - Reverse Logistics

Responsibilities

  • Train, supervise, and mentor team members to enhance their knowledge and execution of reverse logistics operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the reverse supply chain and reduce costs related to returns.
  • Coordinate with vendors, third-party logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to improve reverse logistics efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external clients.
  • Analyze return data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure all reverse logistics documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with reverse coordinators and warehouse teams to streamline return processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure returned products are handled according to quality standards and company policies.
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain targets, objectives, and goals within the team.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or supervisory role.
  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain or transportation industry.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and oral.
