Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in customer service or invoicing, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. A valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is required. Competitive benefits include health coverage and RRSP matching.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service and/or preparing professional service invoices.
• Post-secondary education would be considered an asset but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Key Account Team to dispatch customer calls accurately.
• Ensure quote and invoice accuracy.
• Greet and welcome customers entering the office.
