Job summary

Freudenberg Group in the GTA region invites a results-driven Key Account Manager to drive growth with Walmart and other national accounts. You will own the customer business plan, align cross-functional teams, and translate market insights into actionable growth strategies.

You will manage forecasting, trade investments, negotiations, and customer reviews, travel to meet key partners, and leverage data tools to optimize POS, inventory, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Key Account Management, Sales, Category Management, or related CPg roles.
• Experience managing major retail accounts, Walmart preferred.
• Strong analytical, negotiating, forecasting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth across strategic retail accounts.
• Develop customer plans and own the customer business plan.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Forecast, negotiate, plan promotions and conduct business reviews.
